Creative Ways of Utilizing New Market Tax Credits

A friend of mine, sent me this link to an article describing how a coalition of southeast Wisconsin organizations have utilized New Market Tax Credits (NMTC) to redevelop depressed manufacturing neighborhoods. Initiatives of this type, along with an intensive focus on brownfield remediation for business attraction and development, place the importance on cultivating and remapping large scale available land for business, recreation and job creation. We have the resources and know-how here, let's get a coalition together and move forward.
